BizJet Tycoon Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

1. Data controller and contact

The data controller for BizJet Tycoon is Marcos Sabaris. For privacy matters, contact bizjet@kildos.com. For support, contact bizjet@kildos.com.

This policy explains how data is processed in the BizJet Tycoon iOS app and on its informational pages on this website.

2. Game progress, preferences and permissions

You can play without creating a separate BizJet Tycoon account. The app stores game progress, your fleet, bases, flights, in-game currency balances and transactions, objectives, rewards, verified transaction identifiers when available, and sound, vibration and notification preferences on your device. This data lets you continue your game, receive rewards and avoid duplicate deliveries.

When iCloud is available and enabled for the app, a copy of your game is saved and retrieved through CloudKit in your iCloud account’s private database. To coordinate synchronization, the app uses an account identifier provided by CloudKit, save versions and synchronization dates. It does not request your Apple password. Saving depends on your settings and available iCloud storage. Apple provides this service under its privacy policy.

Notifications about flights, rewards and activity are scheduled locally on your device, subject to your notification permission. You can change the available options in the app and revoke permission in iOS Settings.

The app does not request access to contacts, your microphone, camera, photos or GPS location. The airports and coordinates shown belong to the game world and do not describe your physical location. Advertising services may still estimate an approximate location using network data.

3. Rewarded ads and consent

The app integrates Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform to offer rewarded ads and manage the applicable consent choices. Watching these ads is optional and may provide in-game rewards. Availability depends on the advertising service.

Google and participating advertising providers may process your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device or installation identifiers, technical information, diagnostics, ads shown, and interactions with ads and the app. They use this data to deliver and measure advertising, limit repetition, detect fraud and maintain their services. Use of Apple’s advertising identifier, when applicable, requires the corresponding iOS permission.

Where applicable, a form presents the advertising purposes and providers so you can accept, reject or manage the available choices. You can reopen it from “Ad privacy options” in the app’s settings when that option is available. Refusing tracking does not prevent access to the game; it may change the type of advertising available. Non-personalized ads may also require certain data to work.

See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

4. Analytics, diagnostics and advertising measurement

The app integrates Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics. These services help us understand app usage and diagnose errors. Depending on the settings and applicable permissions, they may process installation or device identifiers, app opens and sessions, interactions, app and operating system versions, device specifications and crash reports. We do not intentionally send these services your complete game save, Apple password or banking details.

The Meta SDK is also integrated to measure advertising campaign effectiveness. The app starts its activation events when iOS tracking permission is granted. This measurement may include advertising identifiers and technical data related to opening the app. It is not used for Facebook login. The app does not explicitly log purchase events with Meta, and automatic event logging for that SDK is disabled.

Apple also provides installation attribution mechanisms that produce campaign signals with privacy protections, without requiring the app to access the advertising identifier.

iOS tracking permission and advertising consent choices serve different purposes. Revoking one does not automatically delete historical data or replace all the privacy choices offered by other services.

More information: Firebase privacy and security and Meta’s privacy policy.

5. Purchases and user support

When a version of the app offers in-app purchases, Apple handles payment through the App Store. The app may receive the product and the identifier of a verified transaction to deliver its content and avoid duplicates. It does not receive your card number or payment credentials. Purchase availability depends on the version and the products offered in the App Store.

If you email support or contact us about privacy, we process your email address, message content and any data or files you choose to send so we can assist you. Avoid sending passwords, banking details or information that is not needed to resolve your request.

6. Data from this website

These pages are hosted by Hostalia. To serve them and protect their operation, the provider may process connection data such as your IP address, access date, requested URL and technical browser information. As of this update, the provider’s specific retention period or criteria for these logs have not been confirmed. You can request information about these logs and their retention by emailing bizjet@kildos.com; we will update this section when we receive confirmation from the provider.

These pages do not include analytics or advertising cookies, advertising pixels or forms. Support data is received only when you choose to email us.

7. Purposes and legal bases

Where European Economic Area data protection law applies, we process the data needed to provide the game, save and synchronize progress, and manage purchased content to perform the service you request. We use data from your communications to respond to your request and, where appropriate, for our legitimate interest in resolving issues and defending claims.

Personalized advertising, tracking, and storage of or access to device information that requires authorization are based on your consent. Optional analytics that requires authorization under applicable law is also based on consent. Necessary diagnostics, security and fraud prevention may be based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure, stable service, always subject to applicable requirements and your rights. We retain certain data where necessary to comply with legal obligations.

You can withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. We do not use this data to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you. Advertising providers may use it to select advertising according to their own purposes and your choices.

8. Recipients and international transfers

Necessary data may be processed by Apple; Google and its AdMob, Firebase and Analytics services; Meta when it participates in authorized measurement; the advertising providers listed in the consent form; and the hosting and email providers we use for this website and to respond to requests.

These services may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers take place under legally applicable mechanisms, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses and any additional safeguards that apply. You can request information about the applicable safeguards by emailing bizjet@kildos.com. The linked policies also explain the respective providers’ processing and transfer mechanisms.

9. Retention and deletion

Local game progress and preferences are retained while the app’s data remains on your device. Deleting the app may erase local data; iOS options to offload or uninstall while keeping documents may retain it. The iCloud copy is retained according to your iCloud settings and is not necessarily deleted when you delete the app.

“Reset game” is not the same as deleting all data. It resets the company but keeps diamonds, purchases and the history of certain rewards and objectives. To delete data managed by iCloud, use the storage options in your Apple account that are available for the app. If you cannot find a deletion option, contact support; you do not need to provide your Apple password.

The Google Analytics property linked to the app retains event data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months. The user data retention period resets with each new activity by that user. These settings do not apply to standard aggregated reports. See Google’s explanation of data retention. Google states that Crashlytics keeps crash reports and associated identifiers for 90 days before starting to remove them from live and backup systems. Advertising and attribution data is retained according to the purposes, settings and policies of the linked providers.

We retain support communications for as long as needed to address the request and manage related responsibilities or claims. Data subject to legal obligations is retained for the required periods. Revoking a permission, resetting the game or uninstalling the app does not automatically delete data already received by third parties.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw your consent, by emailing bizjet@kildos.com. Specify that your request concerns BizJet Tycoon and avoid including unnecessary information. We may request the minimum information needed to verify your identity and locate the data. We cannot always link your email address to a provider’s technical identifier.

You can manage tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, notifications in the app and iOS settings, and saving through your iCloud settings. Advertising choices are available in the app where applicable.

You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority where you live. In Spain, you can contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

11. Minors

We do not ask players to provide their name, email address or date of birth to play. If you are a minor, consult your parent or guardian before authorizing optional services or sending information to support. If you believe we have received a minor’s data without the required authorization, contact bizjet@kildos.com so we can review the case and act in accordance with applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app, services or applicable rules. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date and provide additional information or request new authorizations where appropriate.
