Reporting an issue

Describe what happened, the steps to reproduce it, your app version and your iOS version. You can attach a screenshot if it helps, hiding any personal information that is not needed. Do not send passwords, card details or access codes for your Apple account.

Saving and iCloud

Your game is saved on your device and, when available and enabled, also in iCloud. In the app’s settings, you can check its status and use “Sync now”.

Before switching devices or deleting the app, check that your game is synchronized. If iCloud is unavailable or out of space, changes may remain only on your device. If two different saves appear, review the options before choosing the one you want to keep.

Resetting and deleting data

“Reset game” lets you start a new company while keeping diamonds, purchases and the history of certain rewards and objectives. It does not delete all data.

Deleting the app may erase your local game. Offloading the app while keeping its documents may retain that data. The iCloud copy may remain and be downloaded again when you reinstall. Manage iCloud data through your Apple account’s storage settings; if you cannot find the option for BizJet Tycoon, email us. Resetting or deleting the app does not automatically delete data held by advertising or analytics services.

Ads and rewards

Rewarded ads are optional and may be temporarily unavailable. A reward is delivered when the provider confirms it has been earned. Closing an ad early may prevent you from receiving it. The free daily reward does not require watching an ad.

Purchases

Purchase availability depends on the app version. When purchases are offered through the App Store, Apple handles payment. If there is a charge or a pending purchase, specify the product and approximate date; do not send banking details. Refund requests for Apple purchases can be submitted through Report a Problem.
